Bold Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Flatbread Pizza
Fresh-baked in minutes for a rich and sophisticated yet surprisingly simple flatbread. Sliced pineapple, shredded Monterey Jack Cheese and Bold Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken are best piled high.
Ingredients

Sweet chili sauce1
Flatbread, naan, or pita3slices
Pineapple, cored and sliced into flat rings3slices
Red Onion2oz
Boar's Head Bold® Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Breast1cup
Boar’s Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded2tbsp
Fresh cilantro, for garnish Instructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- 02Spread sweet chili sauce over flatbread. Add pineapples, onions, and chicken to the flatbread, then sprinkle with cheese.
- 03Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted, then remove from oven.
- 04Garnish with cilantro and serve.
