EverRoast® Tacos with Pineapple Lime Crema
Combine Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken with sweet pineapple & pear salsa for a Taco Tuesday that is sure to be a hit.
Ingredients

Flour or corn tortilla1cup
Guacamole1lb
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast, sliced thick, cubed1cup
Boar’s Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded½
Pineapple, diced1
Pear, diced½
Red Onion, diced1
Baby Red and Yellow Peppers, seeds removed, diced½cup
Cilantro Leaves, finely chopped1tbsp
Lime juice¼tsp
ground Cumin¼cup
Boar’s Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded5oz
Pineapple yogurt2tbsp
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips½tbsp

- 01Header: Tacos
- 02Lay tortillas on a clean work surface.
- 03Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. of guacamole on each tortilla.
- 04Add EverRoast® Chicken.
- 05Add Monterey Jack Cheese
- 06Header: Pineapple Pear Salsa
- 07For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- 08Spoon salsa mixture on to tacos.
- 09Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- 10Header: Pineapple Lime Crema
- 11For the crema, combine pineapple yogurt, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- 12Drizzle over tacos.
- 13Serve and enjoy.
