Sweet B's® Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Tinga Tacos
Combine Boar's Head Sweet B's® Barbeque Glazed Chicken with cilantro and sweet onion for a Taco Tuesday that is sure to be a hit.
Ingredients

Boar’s Head® Sweet B’s™ Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Breast (13096)1cup
Sweet onion, Chopped1clove
Fresh garlic, minced1cup
Fire Roasted Tomatoes3each
Corn tortillas2each
Avocado, Sliced1cup
Fresh cilantro, Chopped1cup
Red Onion, Diced1
Cotija Cheese or Queso Fresco, Crumbled1each
Lime, Cut1each
Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, ChoppedInstructions
- 01Heat a large skillet over medium. Once warm, add the oil and onion. Sauté for 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- 02Add in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds more.
- 03Stir in the chipotles, oregano, and cumin, and toast for 1 minute.
- 04Add in the tomatoes, stock, and salt. Bring to a simmer, and cook for 7 minutes.
- 05Add chicken and fold nicely.
- 06Top the tortillas with the chicken and garnish with the avocado slices, cilantro, red onion, and cotija.
- 07Serve with a lime wedge for squeezing.
