Balance our EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with a dollop of our Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip, Traditional Hummus, crumbled Creamy Feta Cheese for a healthy and refreshing bowl.
Ingredients
¾cup
Cooked Farro or Quinoa½cup
English Cucumber, sliced¼
Avocado, sliced¼cup
Cherry Tomatoes, quartered¼cup
Red Onion, thinly sliced4oz
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast3tbsp
Boar's Head Brand® Traditional Hummus3tbsp
Boar's Head Feta Cheese, crumbled½cup
Tzatziki Greek Yogurt DipInstructions
- 01Cook the farro or quinoa to the package directions; allow to cool to room temperature.
- 02Slice all vegetables accordingly and set aside.
- 03Add the farro or quinoa to a bowl then arrange the vegetables, chicken, pita, and hummus on top.
- 04Sprinkle with feta cheese and a dollop of Tzatziki sauce.
