EverRoast® Chicken, Tzatziki & Hummus Grain Bowl

Balance our EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with a dollop of our Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip, Traditional Hummus, crumbled Creamy Feta Cheese for a healthy and refreshing bowl.

Ingredients

Cooked Farro or Quinoa
½cup
English Cucumber, sliced
¼
Avocado, sliced
¼cup
Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
¼cup
Red Onion, thinly sliced
4oz
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast
 
Pita bread, toasted and sliced (optional)
3tbsp
Boar's Head Brand® Traditional Hummus
3tbsp
Boar's Head Feta Cheese, crumbled
½cup
Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip

Instructions


  1. 01Cook the farro or quinoa to the package directions; allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. 02Slice all vegetables accordingly and set aside.
  3. 03Add the farro or quinoa to a bowl then arrange the vegetables, chicken, pita, and hummus on top.
  4. 04Sprinkle with feta cheese and a dollop of Tzatziki sauce.
