PitCraft® Turkey BBQ Flatbread
The rich, smoky flavor of PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey brings a zesty twist to a classic pizza dish.
Ingredients
1piece
Naan flatbread1oz
Barbecue sauce½cup
Boar's Head® Vermont White Cheddar Cheese, shredded½cup
Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, shredded3oz
Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, shredded½cup
Baby sweet peppers, julienned¼cup
Red Onion, sliced thin1
Baby Red and Yellow Peppers, sliced thinInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 425° F and place the flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 02Spread the barbecue sauce on top of the flatbread.
- 03Sprinkle the shredded cheeses on top, followed by the shredded turkey, peppers, onion and jalapeño.
- 04Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the flatbread has browned slightly.
- 05Sprinkle with cilantro, slice and serve.
