Blazing Buffalo® Chicken Mac and Cheese
This classic comfort food is kicked up a notch with Blazing Buffalo® Chicken, creamy Muenster Cheese and crisp green onions.

All Purpose Flour1tsp

Black pepper2cups
Milk1cup
Boar's Head Fontina Cheese, Grated1cup
Boar's Head Gouda Cheese, Grated2cups
Boar's Head® Muenster Cheese, Grated2cups
Elbow pasta, cooked to package directions1lb
Boar's Head Blazing Buffalo Style Chicken Breast, Sliced thick, then cubed1cup
Green onionInstructions
- 01Preheat oven 375° F.
- 02Melt butter in saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat, blend in flour, salt and pepper, and milk, and place back on burner at low heat; stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly and is smooth.
- 03Add cheese, heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
- 04Combine cooked pasta and chicken in a 2-quart oven safe casserole dish. Pour over cheese sauce.
- 05Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and top with freshly chopped green onion.
