Blazing Buffalo® Chicken Mac and Cheese

This classic comfort food is kicked up a notch with Blazing Buffalo® Chicken, creamy Muenster Cheese and crisp green onions.

All Purpose Flour

Black pepper
2cups
Milk
1cup
Boar's Head Fontina Cheese, Grated
1cup
Boar's Head Gouda Cheese, Grated
2cups
Boar's Head® Muenster Cheese, Grated
2cups
Elbow pasta, cooked to package directions
1lb
Boar's Head Blazing Buffalo Style Chicken Breast, Sliced thick, then cubed
1cup
Green onion

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven 375° F.
  2. 02Melt butter in saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat, blend in flour, salt and pepper, and milk, and place back on burner at low heat; stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly and is smooth.
  3. 03Add cheese, heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
  4. 04Combine cooked pasta and chicken in a 2-quart oven safe casserole dish. Pour over cheese sauce.
  5. 05Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and top with freshly chopped green onion.
