SmokeMaster® Black Forest Uncured Ham Fried Rice
Who doesn't like pork-fried rice, especially when it features our SmokeMaster® Beechwood Smoked Black Forest Uncured Ham. Here's a great way to get every last bit of flavor out of your ham and, also, not bust the bank! This classic trilogy of garlic, ginger and soy makes this dish crave-worthy.
Ingredients
2tbsp
Sesame oil1tbsp
Ginger, grated2tbsp
Garlic, minced1cup
Frozen peas, thawed½cup
Carrots, diced2tbsp
Green onion, diced2
Egg, lightly beaten3cups
Cooked rice2cups
Boar's Head Black Forest Beechwood Smoked Ham, diced2tbsp
Soy sauceInstructions
- 01Preheat large skillet or wok to medium heat. Add sesame oil. Once oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, peas, carrots and onions. Stir-fry until tender.
- 02Slide vegetables to one side of the pan and pour beaten eggs onto the other side and scramble. Once cooked, mix eggs with the vegetables.
- 03Add the rice and ham to the skillet or wok. Pour the soy sauce over mixture and heat through. Season to taste.
