Carve & Serve Turkey White Chili

Every warm spoonful of this chili—comprised of our Carve & Serve Turkey, Monterey Jack Cheese and other chili essentials—will provide all the homestyle comfort for a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Olive Oil

Medium onion, diced
Fresh Corn
30oz
Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
½tsp
Paprika
2tsp
Chili powder
14oz
Chicken broth
lbs
Boar's Head Carve and Serve Turkey, shredded
 
Fresh cilantro, chopped

Boar’s Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
 
Plain greek yogurt, for topping
 
Fresh jalapeños, sliced thin for topping
 
Avocado, sliced for topping
 
Fresh lime, for juicing

Instructions


  1. 01In a dutch oven or soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent, about 7-8 minutes.
  2. 02Add corn, beans, paprika, chili powder and chicken broth, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 03Stir in the turkey and chopped cilantro until warmed through.
  4. 04Serve in individual bowls and garnish with shredded cheese, greek yogurt, jalapeños, avocado and lime, as desired.
