French Onion Franks
When a grilling classic meets French Onion flavor, the result is an undeniably rich taste. Boar's Head Franks are dressed with creamy French Onion Greek Yogurt Dip, caramelized onions and melted, lush Gruyere Cheese for a gourmet grilling masterpiece.

Large white onion, sliced thin6
Boar's Head® Uncured Beef Frankfurters6
Hot dog bun1container
French Onion Greek Yogurt Dip8oz
Blanc Grue Gruyere Cheese, shreddedInstructions
- 01Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until caramelized, about 30 minutes.
- 02Meanwhile, prepare the frankfurters according to package directions.
- 03Place the franks into the hot dog buns and dress with French onion dip, caramelized onions and gruyere cheese.
- 04If needed, broil the prepared franks for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
