Prepared in copper vats and aged in the traditional Alpine manner, this earthy, aromatic cheese has a firm texture and lush flavor. Boar’s Head® Blanc Grue® Gruyere Cheese is made with milk from small family farms in Wisconsin.
Also available sliced fresh in the deli.
Milk from cows not treated with rBST.
No significant difference has been shown between milk from rBST treated and untreated cows.
