Blue Cheese, Pear & EverRoast® Salad

A medley of fresh and unique ingredients combine to offer a salad that delights the senses. The saltiness of our Creamy Blue Cheese balances well with the sweetness of pears and richness of EverRoast® Chicken.

Ingredients

Fresh Arugula

Garlic clove, minced
1tbsp
Dijon-style mustard
1cup
Apple cider vinegar
1tsp
Kosher Salt
½tsp
Freshly ground black pepper
1cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pear, cored & sliced
2oz
Boar's Head Creamy Blue Cheese, crumbled
1cup
Pecans
1lb
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast, sliced

Instructions


  1. 01Wash arugula and chill before serving.
  2. 02For the dressing, in a small jar, combine garlic, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil. Shake vigorously and keep in fridge till ready to serve.
  3. 03In a large platter, arrange salad with bed of arugula, pears, blue cheese and pecans. Top with slices of chicken and drizzle with dressing.
