FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken & Avocado Caprese Salad

Classic Caprese flavors, made even more satisfying with FireSmith® Flame-Grilled Chicken. Try this salad for a light lunch or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), Shredded
oz
Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella, Halved
1oz
Boar's Head Deli Dressing
oz
Heirloom Grape Tomatoes, Halved
1oz
Avocado, Diced
1oz
Baby Arugula
¼oz
Balsamic Glaze
1pinch
Salt & pepper

Instructions


  1. 01Place diced avocado (frozen recommended) into a bowl with lemon juice, cover for 3-5 minutes, then drain.
  2. 02In a mixing bowl, add diced avocado, mozzarella, tomatoes, shredded chicken, deli dressing and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. 03In a serving bowl or plate, add arugula and top with the chicken salad mixture.
  4. 04Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
  5. 05Place lid on container and serve.
