FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken & Avocado Caprese Salad
Classic Caprese flavors, made even more satisfying with FireSmith® Flame-Grilled Chicken. Try this salad for a light lunch or weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
3½oz
Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), Shredded1½oz
Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella, Halved1oz
Boar's Head Deli Dressing2½oz
Heirloom Grape Tomatoes, Halved1oz
Avocado, Diced1oz
Baby Arugula¼oz
Balsamic Glaze1pinch
Salt & pepperInstructions
- 01Place diced avocado (frozen recommended) into a bowl with lemon juice, cover for 3-5 minutes, then drain.
- 02In a mixing bowl, add diced avocado, mozzarella, tomatoes, shredded chicken, deli dressing and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together.
- 03In a serving bowl or plate, add arugula and top with the chicken salad mixture.
- 04Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
- 05Place lid on container and serve.
