Chipotle Gouda & Chorizo Chicken Sausage Galette
Delight in bold flavor enveloped in a crispy crust. This gratifying galette is filled with melted Bold Chipotle Gouda Cheese and topped with robust, spicy Chorizo Chicken Sausage and sliced tomatoes for full-bodied flavor.

White onion, thinly sliced1sheet
Ready-bake pie crust8oz
Boar's Head Chipotle Gouda Cheese, grated1pack
Boar's Head Chorizo All Natural Chicken Sausage, sliced into coins1cup
Cherry tomatoes, halved1
Egg, beatenInstructions
- 01Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 02Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and sauté until softened and slightly browned.
- 03Place the pie crust on a baking sheet and sprinkle the cheese in the center of the dough, leaving a 3-inch border of the crust.
- 04Place the onions over the cheese, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Arrange the sausage coins and tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- 05Fold the edges of the pie crust over to form a galette crust, then brush with the egg wash.
- 06Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese has melted and crust is golden brown.
- 07Garnish with cilantro.
