Bold Chipotle Chicken Taco Salad with Avocado & Tangy Slaw

Take your traditional tacos from a plate to a bowl. All your favorite toppings like our Bold Chipotle Chicken Breast, Monterey Jack Cheese, and pico de gallo are served with crunchy lettuce. Perfect for sharing, and everyone in the family can have their own.

Ingredients

Green Leaf Lettuce, chopped
115-oz can
Pinto beans, rinsed and drained

Red Onion, diced
3lbs
Boar's Head Chipotle Chicken, sliced thick and cubed
1cup
Pico de gallo (diced tomato, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice)
3cups
Boar’s Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
 
Salt & pepper, to taste
2tsp
Lime juice

Instructions


  1. 01Place lettuce in a large serving bowl.
  2. 02Neatly place pinto beans, red onion, Chipotle Chicken Breast, pico de gallo, and Monterey Jack in individual rows on top on the lettuce.
  3. 03Season with salt & pepper. Squeeze lime over all ingredients.
  4. 04Toss to combine.
  5. 05Serve and enjoy.
