Boar's Head® Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus Cannoli
Serve a lighter version of an Italian favorite for an irresistible pleasure at your next gathering. Each enchanting bite exemplifies the rich flavors of our Dark Chocolate Hummus balanced with a classic cannoli shell.

Chocolate chips10
Cannoli shells¼cup
Pistachios, crushed2

- 01Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until melted completely.
- 02Dip the edges of the cannoli shells in the melted chocolate, then sprinkle pistachio on top. Let the shells dry completely before filling, about 30 minutes.
- 03Spoon the dark chocolate hummus into a pastry bag fitted with a stylish tip. Evenly pipe filling into each cannoli shell.
- 04If desired, place a candied orange peel on the filling of each end of cannoli.
- 05Before serving, sprinkle cannoli with powdered sugar for an added touch.
