Baked Feta Pasta

Elevate your entreé game with this dreamy, one-dish delight. Creamy Feta Cheese melts into a bed of seasoned, roasted tomatoes to create a savory, cheesy pasta sauce.

Ingredients

Campari Tomatoes
4
Garlic, minced
½cup
Olive Oil
 
Salt and Pepper, to taste
8oz
Boar's Head Feta Cheese, block
 
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
1lb
Penne Pasta
 
Fresh Basil, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 425ºF. In a small baking dish, toss tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. 02Place the block of feta on top of the tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes, until the feta is slightly golden on top and the tomatoes have burst and browned.
  3. 03Boil the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a cup of pasta water before straining.
  4. 04Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir the basil and cooked pasta into the feta and tomatoes, adding small amounts of pasta water if the sauce is dry.
