London Broil Birria Style Tacos
Inspired by the street-cart favorite, these tacos are crispy, savory, and loaded with melty Monterey Jack Cheese. Thinly-sliced London Broil Roast Beef and canned chipotle peppers cut down on prep time, without sacrificing flavor.

Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce2
Beef broth8
6-inch Tortilla1lb
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, thin sliced and roughly chopped1cup
Boar's Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded½cup
Cilantro, choppedInstructions
- 01Header: Birria Broth
- 02Heat oil in a small pot over medium high heat. Add chopped onion and peppers and sauté until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Mix in the beef broth and keep on low.
- 03Header: Tacos
- 04Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- 05Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- 06Dip tortillas in the prepared broth and place on the baking sheet. Top with roast beef and cheese, then fold tortillas in half.
- 07Bake for 5-7 minutes until brown and toasty.
- 08Serve and dip into remaining broth.
