Blackened Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cubed1
Large Zucchini, cubed1
Yellow squash, cubed4
Radishe, sliced 2
Cucumbers, cubed6
Crusty French bread, torn into bite-sized pieces½
Purple onion, sliced 1
Yellow bell pepper, small, sliced 2tbsp
Garlic, chopped2tsp
Black pepper½cup
Fresh parsley stem, chopped1tsp
Flaky sea salt (i.e. Maldon Salt)½cup
Olive Oil2tbsp
Vinegar, red or white½tsp
Oregano2tsp
Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard1tbsp

- 01In a large bowl, toss turkey and vegetables and set aside.
- 02In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients to make the vinaigrette. Pour over turkey and vegetables and serve.
