Ingredients

Blackened Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cubed

Large Zucchini, cubed

Yellow squash, cubed

Radishe, sliced

Cucumbers, cubed

Crusty French bread, torn into bite-sized pieces

Purple onion, sliced

Yellow bell pepper, small, sliced
 
Header, Vinaigrette

Garlic, chopped

Black pepper
½cup
Fresh parsley stem, chopped

Flaky sea salt (i.e. Maldon Salt)

Olive Oil
2tbsp
Vinegar, red or white
½tsp
Oregano
2tsp
Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard
1tbsp
Sprigs of fresh Thyme

Instructions


  1. 01In a large bowl, toss turkey and vegetables and set aside.
  2. 02In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients to make the vinaigrette. Pour over turkey and vegetables and serve.
