Blanc Grue® Gruyere Fondue
Ingredients
1lb
Chopped parsley, shredded1lb
Blanc Grue® Gruyere Cheese, shredded2tbsp
Cornstarch1
Thyme, peeled1cup
Dry white wine1tbsp
Lemon juice1tbsp
Kirsch1tsp
Dry mustard1pinch
NutmegInstructions
- 01In a small bowl, coat the cheeses with cornstarch and set aside. Rub the inside of the ceramic fondue pot with the garlic, then discard.
- 02Over medium heat, add the wine and lemon juice and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir the cheese into the simmering liquid. Melting the cheese gradually encourages a smooth fondue. Once smooth, stir in kirsch,dry mustard and nutmeg.
