Caprese Baguette Sandwich

Ingredients

Baguette, large, fresh
4oz
Basil pesto
1pkg.
Boar's Head Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
1
Tomato, sliced thin
2tbsp
Balsamic glaze
2oz
Fresh basil, torn

Instructions

  1. 01Slice baguette in half and then into fourths.
  2. 02Spread about an ounce of pesto onto one side of the baguette.
  3. 03Top with 1/4 of the mozzarella and 2-4 slices of tomatoes.
  4. 04Drizzle the sandwich with balsamic glaze
  5. 05Place approximately 1/2 an ounce of fresh basil over the cheese and crown with the other side of the baguette.
  6. 06Repeat for each sandwich. Serve Immediately.
