Sweet B's® Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Salad with Sweet Potato Fries

A medley of fresh and unique ingredients combine to offer a salad that delights the senses.

Ingredients

Boar’s Head® Sweet B’s™ Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Breast (13096), Shredded
¼cup
Boar's Head Pre-cooked Bacon, Chopped
2tbsp
Boar's Head® Orange Blossom Honey Chèvre Goat Cheese, Crumbled
2tbsp
Red Onion, Shaved
2tsp
Sunflower Seeds
2oz
Sweet Potato French Fries, Warm
2tbsp
Apple Cider Vinaigrette
2½oz
Mixed Greens

Instructions

  1. 01Hand shred the chicken into ½”-1” bite size pieces.
  2. 02Set aside. In a salad bowl add mixed greens.
  3. 03Top with shredded chicken, bacon, and red onions.
  4. 04Add warm sweet potato French fries.
  5. 05Top with Orange Blossom Honey Chevre Cheese and sunflower seeds.
  6. 06Recommend pairing with apple cider vinaigrette. Serve and enjoy!
