FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Chimichurri Dip

This dip gets a dose of savory Southwest flair from fire-roasted corn, spicy jalapeños, and the fresh-from-the-grill flavor of FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken.

Ingredients


1cup
Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), shredded
¼cup
Boar's Head Mayonnaise
¼cup
Cream Cheese
¼cup
Fire-Roasted Southwest Corn & Pepper Blend
tsp
Shallots, diced
tsp
Jalapeno slices, diced
tsp
Garlic clove, minced
tsp
Chopped parsley, chopped
tsp
Oregano, chopped
1tsp
Red wine vinegar

Instructions


  1. 01In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, corn blend, shallots, garlic, red wine vinegar, parsley and oregano.
  2. 02Mix all ingredients together and place into an oven safe container.
  3. 03Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes of until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
