Kebab Skewers

Asparagus, cut into 1" lengths

Red Onion, sliced into wedges
2tbsp
Olive Oil
2lbs
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, dinner cut
8oz
Boar’s Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced thick

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat broiler on high. Toss asparagus and onions in olive oil and spread on a baking sheet. Broil for five minutes, then flip and broil for another five minutes. Repeating until the vegetables are softened and evenly charred, about 20 minutes.
  2. 02Once vegetables have cooled to the touch, begin threading on the kebab skewers, alternating with the meat and cheese.
