- 01Preheat broiler on high. Toss asparagus and onions in olive oil and spread on a baking sheet. Broil for five minutes, then flip and broil for another five minutes. Repeating until the vegetables are softened and evenly charred, about 20 minutes.
- 02Once vegetables have cooled to the touch, begin threading on the kebab skewers, alternating with the meat and cheese.
