Sweet B's® Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Mac and Cheese

Boar’s Head® Sweet B’s Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Breast (13096), Cubed
6tbsp
Barbeque Sauce
4tbsp
Light Butter
1cup
Flour
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Black pepper
1tsp
Cayenne pepper
1cups
Skim Milk
2
Water
10oz
Elbow Macaroni
6oz
Boar's Head® Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Instructions


  1. 01Chop the chicken into small, bite-size pieces and move to a mixing bowl. Add the barbecue sauce and stir to coat. Set aside.
  2. 02Melt the butter in the pot over medium heat.
  3. 03Whisk in the flour, salt, black pepper and cayenne until combined with the butter and continue to stir for a minute.
  4. 04Slowly whisk in the milk until combined and smooth. Add the water and whisk in to combine.
  5. 05Increase the heat to med-high and stir occasionally until boiling. Reduce the heat to med-low and add the macaroni. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent sticking.
  6. 06Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheese until well combined. Add the chopped chicken with barbecue sauce and stir until thoroughly combined
  7. 07Cook for another few minutes until all ingredients are heated through and serve.
