Pepperhouse Gourmaise® SpreadInstructions
- 01Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach optimal temperature for a perfect sear.
- 02Place the hamburger patty on the preheated grill and cook for 4–5 minutes on the first side until nicely browned and a flavorful crust forms. Flip once and continue grilling to your desired level of doneness (approximately 3–4 minutes for medium).
- 03During the last minute of cooking, place the Boar's Head® Creamy Blue Cheese on top of the burger patty, allowing it to melt into the patty.
- 04While the burger grills, prepare the bacon according to package directions.
- 05Lightly place the hamburger bun on the grill for 1–2 minutes, cut-side down, until just warmed and lightly toasted.
- 06Layer the bottom piece of the toasted bun with the leaf lettuce, allowing it to soften slightly from the warmth of the bun.
- 07Top the lettuce with the ripe tomato slice.
- 08Place the grilled burger patty with melted blue cheese on top of the tomato.
- 09Scatter additional blue cheese crumbles across the warm patty, then arrange the crispy bacon pieces on top.
- 10Top the bacon with the crispy fried onions.
- 11Spread the Boar's Head® Pepperhouse Gourmaise® Spread on the inside of the top bun.
- 12Place the top bun on the burger and serve immediately.
