Apple, Cheddar & Ovengold® Turkey Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

Fresh and zesty, this salad is a breeze and guaranteed to please. Our Sharp Vermont Cheddar and slow-roasted Ovengold® Turkey top off lush greens tossed in a delectable homemade dressing.

Ingredients

Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard
½tbsp
Honey
2tbsp
Apple cider vinegar
2tbsp
Olive Oil

Green Leaf Lettuce
1
Large apple, sliced thin
4oz
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, shaved or cubed
8oz
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, sliced thin
½cup
Green onion, chopped
¼cup
Roasted pecans

Instructions


  1. 01In a small bowl, combine mustard, honey and apple cider vinegar. Stir in olive oil until well combined. Allow to sit.
  2. 02In a salad bowl, layer lettuce, apples, cheese and turkey. Sprinkle with green onions and chopped pecans.
  3. 03Just before serving, toss with mustard vinaigrette.
