Reuben Cheese Dip

All the flavors of a classic Reuben, baked into a cheesy, good ole' fashioned dip.

Ingredients

Dark rye bread
2tbsp
Olive Oil
 
Salt, to taste
8oz
Cream Cheese, softened
½cup
Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise
2tbsp
Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard
8oz
Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese, shredded
¼cup
Thousand Island Dressing
10oz
Boar's Head 1st Cut Corned Beef Brisket, sliced thin and chopped
1cup
Boar's Head® Sauerkraut, drained

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly coat a round baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. 02Cut rye bread into small triangles. Spread on a baking sheet and drizzle evenly with olive oil and a light sprinkle of salt. Set aside.
  3. 03In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese and dressing and mix well. Fold in the corned beef and sauerkraut until well combined.
  4. 04Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until it begins to bubble and the top is lightly browned.
  5. 05Bake the rye bread triangles for the last 10 minutes, until toasted and golden.
  6. 06Serve warm.
