Cheesy Baked Asparagus

Fresh asparagus, ends trimmed¼cup
Chicken broth½cup
Heavy cream3
Garlic, minced1cup
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, freshly grated1cup
Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella, shreddedInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400º.
- 02Place asparagus in a baking dish and pour the heavy cream and chicken broth over top.
- 03Sprinkle with garlic, freshly grated parmesan, shredded mozzarella and cooked bacon crumbles. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- 04Bake until cheese is melted and the asparagus is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
