Martini Crostini
A shareable, snackable spin on the classic drink. Boar’s Head® Jubilee Olives and Creamy Blue Cheese Crumbles atop a crispy bite-sized crostini make for a super simple appetizer—with big, bold flavor.

French Baguette4tbsp
Olive Oil, divided8oz
Cream Cheese, (1 Tbsp. per Crostini)1container
Creamy Blue Cheese Crumbles2
Jubilee OlivesInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Slice the baguette diagonally into about 20 ½-inch slices. Drizzle with half of the olive oil then place onto a lined baking sheet.
- 03Transfer to oven for 5 minutes, until lightly toasted.
- 04Remove from oven, spread a thin layer of cream cheese and top with olives.
- 05Evenly distribute blue cheese crumbles over each slice, then drizzle with remaining olive oil. Garnish with chives.
- 06Serve and enjoy!
