Martini Crostini

A shareable, snackable spin on the classic drink. Boar’s Head® Jubilee Olives and Creamy Blue Cheese Crumbles atop a crispy bite-sized crostini make for a super simple appetizer—with big, bold flavor.

Ingredients

French Baguette
4tbsp
Olive Oil, divided
8oz
Cream Cheese, (1 Tbsp. per Crostini)
1container
Creamy Blue Cheese Crumbles
2
Jubilee Olives
 
Chives, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02Slice the baguette diagonally into about 20 ½-inch slices. Drizzle with half of the olive oil then place onto a lined baking sheet.
  3. 03Transfer to oven for 5 minutes, until lightly toasted.
  4. 04Remove from oven, spread a thin layer of cream cheese and top with olives.
  5. 05Evenly distribute blue cheese crumbles over each slice, then drizzle with remaining olive oil. Garnish with chives.
  6. 06Serve and enjoy!
