BuenAsado Chimichurri Roasted Beef Costra de Queso Quesadilla

Instructions

1. 01In a mixing bowl combine chimichurri and garlic aioli to make the sauce
2. 02Sprinkle cheese down onto a hot griddle in the shape of half a tortilla
3. 03Place tortilla down on the griddle with half covering the cheese
4. 04Sprinkle remaining cheese onto quesadilla
5. 05Flower chimichurri beef onto one half of tortilla
6. 06Close tortilla when cheese is crispy, not burnt
7. 07Continue cooking tortilla until inside is hot and outside is caramelized
8. 08Place dipping sauce in ramekin
9. 09Remove quesadilla from griddle and cut into 4 pieces
10. 10Place onto serving dish with ramekin of sauce
