Blazing Buffalo Chicken Hot Pocket

Blazing Buffalo Style Chicken, shredded8oz
Cream Cheese6oz
Blue Cheese Crumbles 4oz
Mayonnaise 3oz
Roasted Red Peppers , diced ¼tsp
Garlic Powder¼oz
Onion Powder ½oz
Green Onion , sliced 8each
Pastry Dough Instructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400F
- 02Place all ingredients except the hot pocket squares and mix to combine thoroughly
- 03On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a 20 by 12-inch rectangle.
- 04Cut dough out into 8 squares with each measuring about 5 by 6-inches.
- 05Fill each square with the desired filling and pinch down the edges to seal the dough.
- 06Place pockets onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 07Brush the hot pockets with milk and sprinkle with buffalo spice (paprika, garlic, cayenne, salt)
- 08Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 15 minutes.
