Hans Jurgen Pickle Chips

Pickled Onions

Heirloom Tomato , sliced
1oz
Deviled Egg Sauce , prepared
1each
Brioche Bun
½oz
Butter

Instructions


  1. 01Melt butter on a griddle set to 350F
  2. 02Toast brioche buns on griddle with butter
  3. 03Place toasted brioche on a clean work surface
  4. 04Layer lemon pepper chicken on bottom bun
  5. 05Top with pickles, tomatoes, and onions
  6. 06Finish with deviled egg sauce and crown with top bun
  7. 07Serve
