Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Salad Croissant

Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, sliced thick, cubed1cup
Grapes, red seedless, halved½cup
Fresh cilantro, chopped½cup
Carrots, shredded½cup
Cashew, toasted and chopped¼cup
Red onion, finely diced1cup
Boar's Head Real Mayonnaise1tbsp
Lemon juice1tbsp
Honey1tsp
Garam masala½tsp
Ground ginger½tsp
Ground TurmericInstructions
- 01In a clean bowl, combine Madrasala® Curry Chicken, grapes, cilantro, carrots, cashews and red onion.
- 02In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, garam masala, ginger, turmeric, salt and pepper.
- 03Toss curry sauce with the chicken mixture and serve on a freshly baked croissant.
