Antipasto Skewers
Enjoy the Old-World flavor of Picante Provolone, traditional Genoa Salami and Italian-marinated vegetables in a refreshing, new way.

Olive Oil1tsp
Italian Seasoning2
Roasted bell peppers, (or one jar of roasted red & yellow peppers)24
Small, fresh basil leaves1jar
Quartered artichoke hearts12
Boar's Head Genoa Salami, halvedInstructions
- 01Marinate the olives in olive oil and Italian seasoning, set aside.
- 02Distribute each ingredient evenly on the skewers, starting with the provolone cheese.
- 03When adding the salami, fold in half once or twice to fill the skewer, leaving enough room to add the olives last.
