Antipasto Skewers

Enjoy the Old-World flavor of Picante Provolone, traditional Genoa Salami and Italian-marinated vegetables in a refreshing, new way.

Ingredients


 
3" Bamboo skewers

Green olives
1tbsp
Olive Oil
 
Boar’s Head® Picante Provolone Cheese, diced into 24 pieces
1tsp
Italian Seasoning
2
Roasted bell peppers, (or one jar of roasted red & yellow peppers)

Small, fresh basil leaves
1jar
Quartered artichoke hearts

Boar's Head Genoa Salami, halved

Instructions


  1. 01Marinate the olives in olive oil and Italian seasoning, set aside.
  2. 02Distribute each ingredient evenly on the skewers, starting with the provolone cheese.
  3. 03When adding the salami, fold in half once or twice to fill the skewer, leaving enough room to add the olives last.
