Honey-Brûléed French Brie

Boar's Head® French Brie Cheese, 1 wheel
1tbsp
Honey
1tbsp
Brown Sugar
 
Crostini, for dipping

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat broiler.
  2. 02Remove the top rind from the brie, keeping the bottom and edges, and place in a brie baking dish or a round, oven-safe dish.
  3. 03Spread the honey and brown sugar evenly on top of the brie.
  4. 04Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, until the sugar and honey caramelize.
  5. 05Remove from the broiler and allow to cool until hardened.
  6. 06Serve with crostini.
