Hummus Wonton Nachos
This is definitely nacho average appetizer. Snack on delicious, crispy wontons piled with our savory Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken, veggies, and dollops of Sweet Chili Garlic Hummus for a fantastic fusion of sweet, tangy and hot.
Ingredients

Wonton wrappers2tbsp
Olive oil or cooking spray½lb
Boar's Head Bold® Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Breast, shredded½cup
Shredded carrots½cup
Shredded red cabbage½cup
Shredded green cabbage1
Red pepper, julienned1
Small Red Onion, sliced1
Avocado, sliced1container

- 01Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Slice the wonton wrappers into triangles, then spread into a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush or spray the wontons with olive oil, then bake for 5 minutes, until crispy and golden.
- 03Remove from the oven and evenly distribute shredded chicken and vegetables on top.
- 04Place dollops of hummus among the nachos.
- 05Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
