Hummus Wonton Nachos

This is definitely nacho average appetizer. Snack on delicious, crispy wontons piled with our savory Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken, veggies, and dollops of Sweet Chili Garlic Hummus for a fantastic fusion of sweet, tangy and hot.

Wonton wrappers

Olive oil or cooking spray
½lb
Boar's Head Bold® Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Breast, shredded
½cup
Shredded carrots
½cup
Shredded red cabbage
½cup
Shredded green cabbage

Red pepper, julienned
1
Small Red Onion, sliced
1
Avocado, sliced
1container
Boar's Head Sweet Chili Garlic Hummus
 
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
 
Green onions, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02Slice the wonton wrappers into triangles, then spread into a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush or spray the wontons with olive oil, then bake for 5 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  3. 03Remove from the oven and evenly distribute shredded chicken and vegetables on top.
  4. 04Place dollops of hummus among the nachos.
  5. 05Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
