Pepperoni Rolls

Filled with melty provolone cheese and fresh pepperoni, this family favorite makes foran effortless lunch, satisfying snack or weeknight dinner dish.

Ingredients


1package
Yeast dinner roll dough, 16 rolls thawed
16slices
Boar’s Head® Picante Provolone Cheese, sliced thin
1package
Pre-Sliced Pepperoni (6oz Package)
 
Oregano, to taste
 
Marinara Sauce, for dipping

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400ºF and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. 02Taking 16 pieces of bread dough, roll each piece out into a 4-inch square, about ¼” thick.
  3. 03Place one piece of provolone on each square, top with 4-6 slices of pepperoni, and sprinkle with oregano.
  4. 04Roll each piece tightly, lightly pressing the ends closed, and place seam-side down on your baking sheet.
  5. 05Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
  6. 06Serve with marinara sauce.
