Sheet Pan Maple Honey Turkey Melts

Sourdough Bread
8tbsp
Boar's Head® Honey Mustard
4oz
Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese, sliced thin
4oz
Blanc Grue Gruyere Cheese, sliced thin
1lb
Boar's Head® Maple Glazed Honey Coat® Turkey Breast, sliced thin
 
Butter Lettuce
8
Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 02Evenly distribute honey mustard on half of the bread slices.
  3. 03Top half of the bread slices with swiss cheese and the other half with gruyere cheese and turkey.
  4. 04Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the bread is toasted and the cheeses are melted and bubbling.
  5. 05Remove from heat and top the swiss cheese side with lettuce and two pieces of bacon.
  6. 06Crown the sandwich with the gruyere cheese and turkey side. Slice diagonally and serve.
