Sheet Pan Maple Honey Turkey Melts

Sourdough Bread8tbsp
Boar's Head® Honey Mustard4oz
Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese, sliced thin4oz
Blanc Grue Gruyere Cheese, sliced thin1lb
Boar's Head® Maple Glazed Honey Coat® Turkey Breast, sliced thin8
Boar's Head® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cookedInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Evenly distribute honey mustard on half of the bread slices.
- 03Top half of the bread slices with swiss cheese and the other half with gruyere cheese and turkey.
- 04Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the bread is toasted and the cheeses are melted and bubbling.
- 05Remove from heat and top the swiss cheese side with lettuce and two pieces of bacon.
- 06Crown the sandwich with the gruyere cheese and turkey side. Slice diagonally and serve.
