1st Cut Pastrami Brisket Sliders
With layers of our smoky, hand-trimmed 1st Cut Pastrami and smooth Switzerland Swiss® Cheese, your guests will reach for seconds before they finish their first bite.

Parsley, chopped1tbsp
Thyme, chopped½tsp

Boar's Head Pub Style Horseradish Sauce12oz
Boar's Head 1st Cut Choice Pastrami Brisket, sliced thin8oz
Gold Label Imported Swiss Cheese, sliced thinInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Combine butter, parsley, thyme, and paprika in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- 03Heat a large skillet pan over medium heat. Spread butter mixture on the inside of each slider half, and place the bread, buttered side down, on the skillet until lightly golden and crisp.
- 04Place the bottoms of the sliders on the baking sheet, crispy side up.
- 05Evenly distribute horseradish sauce, pastrami and cheese on each piece of bread. Place the remaining slider lids on top.
- 06Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
