Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus Cheesecake Bites

These cheesecake bars are a combination of a classic pumpkin pie with the silky creaminess of a cheesecake. This easy dessert is perfect to serve at holiday dinners or just because you feel like having a pumpkin treat.

Ingredients

Unsalted Butter, melted

Boar's Head Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus
4tbsp
Brown Sugar
20oz
Cream Cheese
4
Egg
 to taste
Caramel sauce, store bought
 to taste
Powdered Sugar

Instructions


  1. 01Header: Crust
  2. 02In a food processor slowly pulse in graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar & salt
  3. 03In a greased spring form pan press the graham crust into the bottom and edged to compact the crust
  4. 04Bake in a preheated oven on 350 for 10 minutes and then remove the par-baked crust to cool completely
  5. 05Header: Cheesecake
  6. 06In a mixer, incorporate 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus with the brown sugar and cream cheese until fully blended
  7. 07On a low speed blend in the eggs one at a time, be sure to scrape down the sides of the mixer between adding each egg
  8. 08Pour the cream cheese batter into the cooled crust
  9. 09Bake crust with the cream cheesecake for approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until center is set
  10. 10Chill completely and remove cheesecake from the pan
  11. 11Evenly spread 1 tub (8oz) of Pumpkin Pie Dessert Hummus over the top
  12. 12Drizzle caramel sauce and powdered sugar to taste
