Lemon Pepper Chicken Hummus Bowl with Tzatziki

Boar's Head Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast, Shredded3½oz

Product: 16260 - Tzatziki3oz
Pearled Couscous, Cooked & Toasted1½oz
Cucumber, Small dice1oz
Baby spinach, Hand torn1oz
Roasted cherry tomatoes, Prepared0oz
Kalamata olives, Pitted & chopped0oz
Pickled red onion, Prepared0oz
Crispy chickpeas, Prepared1oz
Italian dressing, PreparedInstructions
- 01Smear the hummus on the bottom side of the vessel
- 02Toss the couscous, spinach, cucumber, roasted tomatoes and kalamata olives together in a mixing bowl with the dressing
- 03Place the mixed ingredients in the bowl beside the hummus
- 04Top the chicken salad with the pickled onions and crispy chickpeas
- 05Spoon the tzatziki sauce between the hummus and the chicken salad
- 06Serve
