Herb-Marinated Mozzarella

Ingredients

Boar's Head Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced
1cup
Olive oil
4tbsp
Fresh parsley, chopped
4tbsp
Fresh thyme leaves, chopped
4tbsp
Fresh basil, julienned
 
Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Slice mozzarella into rounds, about ¼-inch thick. Set aside.
  2. 02Pour a thin layer of olive oil in a small serving dish, then place the mozzarella slices in the dish.
  3. 03Sprinkle with the fresh herbs and pepper flakes, then drizzle with remaining olive oil. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. 04Serve with toasted baguette slices.
