EverRoast® Chicken Pesto Sandwich

This Chicken Pesto is here to impress. Our EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast on ciabatta is high and mighty with a medley of spices. Add slices of our creamy Fresh Mozzarella Cheese to balance the flavor sensations.

Ingredients

Ciabatta Baguette
⅓cup
Fresh Arugula
2tbsp
Roasted red peppers, julienned
1
Tomato, sliced
8oz
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast, sandwich cut
6
fresh mozzarella
2tbsp
Basil pesto

Instructions

  1. 01Slice ciabatta baguette in half lengthwise, setting the top aside.
  2. 02On the bottom half of the baguette, distribute arugula and tomatoes evenly.
  3. 03Then add layers of chicken and fresh mozzarella.
  4. 04Top with roasted red peppers
  5. 05Spread basil pesto on the lid of the ciabatta bun, and place on top.
  6. 06Slice the sandwich in halves or quarters to share!
