Breakfast Sausage Patty Scramble with Johnny Cake

Boar’s Head® Vermont Cheddar Cheese, Sliced3each

Caramelized onions, Prepared⅛oz
Oven dried cherry tomatoes, Prepared0oz
Pea Tendril & Greens Blend, Prepared1each
Johnny Cake (Hoe Cake), Prepared1tbsp
Scallions, Bias cut0oz

Basil oilInstructions
- 01Heat the sausage patties.
- 02Scramble the eggs in the butter with the caramelized onions and the roasted tomatoes, add the cheese at the end.
- 03Heat the Johnny cake
- 04To Assemble:
- 05Place the sausage on a warm serving plate.
- 06Add half the scramble on top of the sausage.
- 07Top with the Johnny cake.
- 08Top the cake with the remaining scramble.
- 09Top with the pea tendril mix and scallions.
- 10Season with the fresh ground black pepper.
- 11Drizzle the basil oil over the tendrils.
- 12Serve
