French Brie Cheese Wheel

Boar’s Head_® French Brie Cheese is an authentic French double crème brie with a soft and creamy texture. It has a butterfat content of at least 60%. The cheese is made by a small producer in the Lorraine region of France with pasteurized milk from cows that graze in the rolling pastures of the Vosges Mountains. It is slowly ripened in cellars to develop a mild and fresh flavor with a soft-rind.
