Made in the traditional Scandinavian manner, these mild cheeses have a semi-soft texture and distinctively rich, buttery taste. Cream Havarti also adds creaminess to a fruit and cheese platter and melts into a flavorful sauce.

No significant difference has been shown between milk from rBST treated and untreated cows.
