Dark Chocolate Hummus Beignets

Bring a French favorite into your home with freshly made beignets filled with our Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus. They're so delectable, you might even dip for more!

Beignet Mix
1tubs
Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus
 
Powdered Sugar

Instructions


  1. 01Using your favorite beignet dough recipe, roll the dough to ⅛ in thick. Use a knife to cut into 3-inch squares.
  2. 02Scoop ½ tsp of Boar's Head® Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus and place in the middle of the square. Fold the dough in half, and pinch the edges together to seal.
  3. 03When your oil is hot, add the beignets one at a time with a slotted spoon. Fry for 2-3 min, flipping every 30 seconds, or until golden brown on both sides.
  4. 04Let cool for a couple minutes, then toss in powdered sugar.
  5. 05Enjoy!
