| 2 | tbsp | Sour Cream |
| Salt & Pepper, Optional | ||
| 8 | Small Round White Potatoes |
To prepare, quarter and simmer potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to cooking pot. Mash with large fork or masher. Add butter and sour cream a bit at a time, and continue to mash until reaching desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
