| 4 | oz | Boar's Head Sweet Slice® Smoked Ham, Julienne |
| 1 | Small Shallot, Minced | |
| 1 | oz | Butter |
| 2 | tsp | Scallions, Chopped |
| .06 | tsp | White Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Dried Mushroom Mix |
| 1 | tsp | Lime Juice |
| 3 | cups | Low Sodium Chicken Broth |
Soak mushrooms in broth for 30 minutes then drain reserving the broth in a separate bowl. Julienne ham into ¼" pieces. In a saucepot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté shallots until tender. Add chicken broth, mushrooms and white pepper. Bring soup to a light boil. Add in ham and turn off heat. Mix in lime juice and scallions. Serve hot.
