| 3 | oz | Boar's Head Canadian Style Bacon, Thinly Sliced |
| 2 | oz | Boar's Head White Vermont Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 | oz | Avocado, Diced |
| 3 | oz | Hash Brown Potatoes |
| 1 | oz | Tomato, Diced |
| 1 | tsp | Cooking Spray |
| 3 | oz | Egg Beaters, Scrambled |
| 2 | Flour Tortilla |
- Spray saute pan with cooking spray and scramble eggs over medium heat. Place one flour tortilla in a clean saute pan and add cheese, avocado, bacon, egg, potatoes, and tomatoes to the tortilla and heat over medium heat, approximately one minute or until tortilla becomes slightly crispy.
- Top with second tortilla and flip, heating the other side until tortilla is slightly crispy or cheese is melted. Cut into four pieces and serve warm.
